Payments

All purchases and bookings will be confirmed by email or by letter.

Payment methods include credit cards (including MasterCard and Visa), debit cards (including Maestro (Switch), Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Delta). All payments are made via Paypal so customers credit card details are not handled by us, they are cleared though paypals mechant banking system.

Customers must be aware that any purchase made on line will show on the relevent credit card statement as Sales@4TuneNet.com via Paypal.

We also accept personal cheques (with cheque guarantee card) and postal orders with orders made by post. All Charges are exclusive of VAT, which if payable shall be paid by the Customer.

We will charge interest in respect of late payment of any sum due under this Agreement, which shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at a rate of 10% per day above the base rate of the Bank of England from time to time in force.

Blackburn Hypno-reiki.co.uk who are part of 4TuneNet.com do not provide credit facilities.

Any Treatments booked must be paid for in full if the client fails to attend the appointment or indeed fails to cancel the appointment a minimum of 48 hrs prior to the appointment start time then in either case the payment in full will be charged. Reiki Attunements/Hypnotherapy Courses Booked have to be payed at least 2 weeks prior to Start date. Anyone failing to give 1 weeks notice of cancellation will forfit 50% of the total cost,under 48 hours then whole payment is due/forfit.

Customers details who solely apply for Distant Healing requests will be deleted once confirmation of healing has been sent with the exception of email address. Our Customer Details are not shared nor given to any other company or individual, email address's are used only for our own marketing purposes.

We are not responsible for any mishaps or circumstances occurring as a result of your use of any of our materials. You are advised to ensure that 'normal' safeguards are in place before inducing hypnosis in another individual or providing any therapy for an individual.All purchases from this website must be prepaid. Postage and packing charges are not included in the purchase price but are clearly shown at the checkout; cancellation of your purchase at that point incurs no penalty.Where a downloadable product is available, you will receive a download link via email which will be despatched when the completed purchase transaction has been confirmed; where physical copies are concerned, these will be despatched within two working days, stock levels permitting. On the rare occasion that we are awaiting stock, you will be informed immediately and may cancel your order without penalty if you wish. Please allow at least 48 hours for delivery in the UK, longer if you live elsewhere. If paying by personal cheque or postal order then Items will be dispatched once funds have cleared in the bank.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives as exchanges can only be made if reported within three days of the goods being received.

Note: Due to the sensitive nature of the hypnosis and associated products (i.e. videos/DVDs/CD's) we sell, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances. However we will of course immediately replace these products if they appear to be faulty.
